Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Claims must be made through the postal service in which your package was carried. Once it leaves our shop, we have no control of what mail carriers do with the packages
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Kitoko Boutique and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, seasonal items or swimsuits. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
